Terms
Terms of use, minus the legal fog.
The short, honest version of how this site works.
What Hatsch Universe is
Hatsch Universe is a free educational website for adults aged 18 and over, with optional paid digital products. The content — including Social Worker Pa articles and the life simulator — is for education and general wellbeing. It is not therapy, medical advice, financial advice or a crisis service. If you need urgent help, please use the services listed on our support page.
Your use of the site
You're welcome to read, play and share links to our pages. Please don't copy or republish our articles, characters or artwork as your own, try to break or overload the site, or use it for anything unlawful.
Our content and characters
The Hatsch name, characters, artwork and written content belong to Hatsch and are protected by copyright. Sharing a link with a short quote is fine; reproducing whole articles, images or game content needs our written permission.
Digital products
Paid items such as the 100 Situations workbook are digital products delivered by download link after payment through Stripe. Prices are shown in Australian dollars at checkout. If a download link doesn't arrive or stops working, email us and we'll restore your access. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Accuracy and availability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Articles reflect the author's views at the time of writing and may be updated.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the site grows; the current version is always on this page. Questions: connect@hatsch.com.au.
